About The Bug Lab

The Bug Lab opened in 2003 at 616 Columbia Street in New Westminster.  Prior to that time, we have been giving presentations to school children, nature groups, garden clubs, libraries, community centres on various entomological topics as The Bug Lady.

Mission Statement: 
    To educate and raise ecological awareness about insects, arachnids, and other terrestrial invertebrates, teach the importance of conservation and a healthy respect for these animals and the habitats in which they live.

The Bug Lab and The Bug Lady Educational Programs are independently owned and operated.
