Hold your birthday party at The Bug Lab! We have a special party room for Junior Entomologists to celebrate their birthday.
Birthday package includes:
- Private bug presentation in the party room (25 minutes)
- Guided Junior Entomologist tour around The Bug Lab (25 minutes).
- Use of the party room for present opening and cake (20 minutes).
- Bug Craft - chose from one of three bug crafts to make: 1.) dreamcatcher; 2.) bug catcher; 3.) dragonfly ornament (15 minutes). All children make the same craft.
- Wrap-up (5 minutes).
- Plates, cups, cutlery and napkins included.
- Goody bag for each guest.
- Price includes 10 children and two adults.
Other details:
- Birthday parents are asked to arrive 20 minutes prior to program start time, and guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to program start time. If all participants arrive early, we will start early.
- Birthday times are flexible, however please book in advance because times fill up quickly. The first time of the day is a 10 am start.
- Groups > 15 guests run approximately 1/2 hour longer.
- Deposit of $75 required to hold your reservation, no exceptions. If your party is booked for 15 or more guests, we require $125 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
- Please book early to avoid disappointment.
- We do not offer on-the-road (at your house) birthday party programs.
Birthday Party Rates:
- Birthday parties are $169.00 plus tax and include 10 children and 2 adults.
- Additional children (3 years and up) are $9.00 each plus tax.
- Additional adults are $6 plus tax.
- If your birthday group has 20 or more children, ten adults are no charge ($259 plus tax).
- Maximum 25 children.
